Fascism is a form of government where one group, person or party has total power over all other groups. Nazism is a belief that was put foward by the Nazi party in Germany. The Nazi party had total power which meant it was in a Fascist government but that does not mean that fascism stands for what a group in a fascist government did. The americans invaded Iraq (or afghanistan or both) but that does not mean that democracy stands for waging war on terrorism or in the name of profit.
Um...I don't don't know where you get your information, but no Fascist system would ever allow freedom of speech. The very core of the ideal is for the government to supress anything outside the accepted spectrum.
